The award-winning THREE BATHS finished its 2023 festival run the right way with its NYC premiere at the New York City Horror Film Festival! After all the films I’ve done over the years, this is the first screening where the entire cast showed up to show support, which is amazing. It means a lot. Thank you to festival director Ronnie Hein, Sean Marks, Brian W. Smith, Astrudge Mclean, and the rest of the festival team for all their help, putting on a great festival, and for giving THREE BATHS the proper hometown premiere it deserves. Looking forward to the film’s journey in 2024!

My new short horror film Three Baths will have its world premiere at the GenreBlast Film Festival in Winchester, Virginia! The script was a finalist in the festival’s short script competition last year so I’m excited to return with the film, which is nominated for Best Horror (Short Film), Best Editing (Short Film) and Best Screenplay (Short Film). It will screen in a block with other horror shorts at the Alamo Drafthouse Winchester on Saturday, September 2nd at 4:25pm. Thank you to the GenreBlast team!

Last month, I finished principal photography on my upcoming horror short film THREE BATHS. It’s the most ambitious and challenging film I’ve ever done and I can’t wait to put it all together. Many thanks to the very talented cast and crew!

Wow. My short horror script THREE BATHS won Best Short Screenplay at this year’s Nightmares Film Festival! Congratulations to all of the winners and nominees!

I was ecstatic to return to the festival for the third time with both the script and CAREGIVER because Nightmares is a special event. After many years of making films, it wasn’t until my first time attending in 2018 that I finally experienced community and the sense of belonging to something that felt right. This year was no different and even better in many ways. It was wonderful seeing and catching up with so many talented friends, both old and new.

Festival directors Jason Tostevin and Chris Hamel do a fantastic job of encouraging and facilitating this connection. Thank you to them and the whole Nightmares team for the wonderful experience.

I had a great time attending the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival for the NYC premiere of CAREGIVER. The audience’s reaction to the film was the best I’ve seen so far! It was also very cool to be in the same Q&A as Brad Dourif. Thank you to Joseph Hernandez, Matt Barone, Justin Timms and the Brooklyn Horror team for having the film and for putting on a great event!

Not only was CAREGIVER an official selection of this year’s Horrorigins Film Festival, my short script THREE BATHS won Best Horror Short Screenplay! Thank you to Horrorigins and festival director Brandon Waites! This is the latest accolade for THREE BATHS, which was a short screenplay finalist at the GenreBlast Film Festival and is currently a finalist at the Nightmares Film Festival. The script is currently scheduled to go into production in early 2023.

I was very excited to return to the GenreBlast Film Festival last weekend with CAREGIVER where it won Best Micro Short! Thank you to Nathan D. Ludwig, Chad Farmer and Raygan Ketterer for putting on another fantastic festival and for being awesome people. It was great catching up with so many talented filmmaker friends and making new ones!

I had the honor of returning to the wonderful Panic Fest in Kansas City, Missouri this past weekend for the world premiere of CAREGIVER! It’s always an inspiring experience meeting other talented filmmakers, watching their great films on the big screen and trading stories/experiences. Thank you to festival co-founders Adam Roberts and Tim Canton for having me back!

I’m excited to announce that my new horror short CAREGIVER will have its world premiere at Panic Fest in Kansas City, Missouri! I was fortunate enough to attend Panic Fest in 2020 with MOMMA, DON’T GO right before the pandemic hit and I’ve been eager to return to this awesome festival ever since. I’m very much looking forward to CAREGIVER having its first big screen experience at the Screenland Armour Theater. Panic Fest runs April 28th through May 8th. Congratulations to the cast and crew!
